Surface treatment:  Use sandblasting method to remove rust, oxide scale and other impurities. The surface treatment quality should reach the Sa2.5 level specified in GB8923, and the surface roughness should be 35-75um. Manual rust removal of special parts is necessary

Primer: Epoxy zinc-rich primer 80μm

Intermediate paint:  Epoxy mica intermediate paint  60μm

Topcoat: Various colors of chlorinated rubber topcoat 60μm
