The number of spraying layers of organic zinc rich primer varies depending on the coating method. If it is airless spraying, only one layer is required. If it is brush coating or roller coating, 1-2 layers should be applied according to the anti-corrosion requirements.

The amount of diluent used varies depending on the application method. The amount of diluent used for brush coating, roller coating, and airless spraying is between 0 and 5% of the weight of the paint, while air spraying uses more diluent, between 0 and 10% of the weight of the paint.
